Start the day with a 40 minute POWER WALK that includes 15 minutes of jogging!  Today is Shopping Day!!  Hit the Farmer’s Market.

Sunday Gather the Group for Sweet Potato Pancakes with Warm Raspberry Syrup. Have a simple lunch of roasted veggie soup made by blending leftover veggie skewers with homemade (chicken broth). Sunday Comfort supper includes Roast Turkey Breast with Cornbread and Cranberry Dressing and Madeira Mushroom Gravy and Fresh Lime Cake with Warm Blueberry Sauce. Turn on your Pilate DVD and get down with your inner core.  Stretch out those muscles and improve your squats - work your way up to a perfect teaser.

Place a blank piece of paper on your bedside table and quote your sleepy time mantra as you dose off.

Hold in your tummy during your workout to build muscles.
