Saturday Bake up a stunning Blueberry Buttermilk Coffee Cake Topped with Granola. (Save extras for later in the week.) This is shopping day.  While you are running errands, stop and treat yourself to a fresh veggie salad with your favorite (but light) dressing. Date Night! Invite Pals for Roasted Asparagus Salad with Arugula, Radishes, Lamb Chops with Coconut Skillet Sauce and Strike It Rich Chocolate Pudding with Crumbles. Start the day with a 40 minute POWER WALK that includes 10 minutes of jogging!  Today is Shopping Day!!  Hit the Farmer’s Market.

Sunday Gather the Group for Egg White Omelets with Bell Peppers and Turkey Sausage. Have a snacky lunch of Black Bean and Roasted Pepper Enchiladas.  Share extras with coworkers. Prepare Jambalaya for Sunday's supper and serve with Simple Zucchini Cake with Vanilla Glaze reserving leftovers for later in the week. Me Time!! Give yourself a home spa manicure while you listen to your favorite new jazz cd. Luxuriate with an OLIVE OIL HAIR MASK. Buy a magazine and try out a NEW Hair DO.

Monday A batch of Pecan Bananadana Muffins are quickly prepared and valuable later in the week. Brown Bag It! Make a batch of Creamy Cauliflower Soup with Arugula and Crispy Bacon Garnish.  Take some to work and reserve the rest for later in the week. Surprise!! Calf's Liver with Golden Onions and Oatmeal Snack Cake for dessert.  Take a couple of minutes to visit the cosmetic counter and purchase a rich hand cream filled with collagen. Oh, and check out that bracelet in the glass counter.

Tuesday Dash off to work with a slice of Blueberry Buttermilk Coffee Cake. Make a batch of Turkey Meatloaf Burgers with Spicy Sweet Potato Sticks and take them to the park for the other moms. The kids (big and small) will dig into Chicken and Rice Meatball Hoagies. Hold hands with your special someone while you stroll through the neighborhood after supper. Let your fingers do the walking to make an appointment with a Hip Hair Stylist.

Wednesday Creamy French Style Eggs Garnished with Chopped Tomatoes and Chives is a super mid-week meal. Invite your GORGEOUS GAL PALS to share Paella with Chorizo, Asparagus and Shellfish for a FUN lunch. Enjoy a decadent supper of Poached Salmon in Infused Olive Oil with Horseradish Sauce with leftover Simple Zucchini Cake slices Take a 30 minute power walk to start your day. Add 15 minutes of weight lifting. Do a few more reps than last week. Reward yourself with a manicure appointment.

Thursday Whip up a batch of Granola Power Bars for a real grab and go breakfast. Brown Bag It! Take along a container of veggie salad topped with slices of salmon leftovers from last evening. A first course of Creamy Cauliflower Soup with Arugula and Crispy Bacon Garnish followed by Mussels and Brussels in White Wine Butter Sauce makes for a cozy hand-holding supper.  Walk this way – for 30 minutes. Add a few lunges to stretch out those legs and feet. Remember the sunscreen, especially on your hands.

Start the day with a 40 minute POWER WALK with a Pal that includes 10 minutes of jogging and 10 minutes of stretching!
