Start the day with a 40 minute POWER WALK with a Pal!  Today is Shopping Day!!  Hit the Farmer’s Market.

Sunday Enjoy a good-for-you brunch that includes Eggs Benedict with Swiss Chard and Whole Grain English Muffins. Nibble on Peppery White Bean Salsa with Whole Wheat Pita Chips. Sunday supper includes Baked Tilapia with Fresh Herbs, Lentils with Wild Rice and Mushrooms and Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies (make extras for later in the week treats). Soak in a hot tub filled with Epsom salts and lavender oil.
